MSRP is $86xx, which by today's standards I think is quite reasonable.
What do you mean I can't do that?

When its less than a new car I call that very reasonable. I see guys paying almost $20k for a snowmobile and I have doubts for their sanity.

Well, that scrambler turned into a '16 Yamaha FJ09 Sport/tourer. Followed me home today. A bit more money but WAY more bike and as comfy as my gimpy old butt has been on a motorcycle in YEARS.

Fast too, I'll need to keep one eye on the speedo for a while. 65-70 on this one feels like 35 on my old beaters.

Both the '79 XS and the '74 GT550 went on Craigslist and Uncle Henry's as soon as I got home.

Nice!
Pretty much like the FZ6 I was looking at but bigger and newer.
I sold my Honda for $100 less than I paid for it 12 years ago. I just under 5,000 miles on, never ever replaced tires...

Thinking I'll look for something new next season, figure while I've got a little space in the garage its time to re-power the Cub Cadet...

BTW I emailed you the other day, you got a new email address?

Edit: Now you got me looking at new bikes... I'm liking the Honda CB500X, might have to go try one...

I got your email about moose permits and the WMD. I replied but I haven't had a chance to yak with the folks that might know about places to hunt/stay.

Okay cool, dad is trying to trade for something closer to us but...

Update: BMW motorcycles are surprisingly affordable even brandy new. Must resist...
