Here's another update taken last month:

Fuselage is now covered

This is going to be the last plane restored at Fawn Grove. Jack Kosko is selling the farm. The plane will likely be moved later this year for final assembly and flight testing.

Time for me to update progress!

Adding reinforcement strips over each rib.

Here it is all masked and ready to apply 4 more coats of Poly-brush. 1st coat was brushed on, the rest will be sprayed.

Here Bill is spraying the 1st coat.

The finish color is going to be Nevada Silver.

Finally! Got all of the orange Poly-Brush on. Now we finally get to do the final color-- Nevada Silver. :D

Jim, it looks like you are still working out of the shop in York County. I thought you were moving out of there?

Really nice work, BTW. Will you be taking a ride in it when it is complete?

Airplane is going to a facility in MA when the painting is done. Jack wants out before cold!

Farm has been sold to Amish, Jack retained use of the shop until March '17.
